Pair of lovely Thai bookends featuring wooden uprights with carvings of children on the face. The brass plate ‘feet’ are engraved. 

Probably tourist pieces - but still very collectible and practical. They probably date from the 1960’s.

They measure just over 15cm tall and the brass bases are approximately 17cm x 13cm 

As you would expect with any wooden item of such age there are a few minor marks and scuffs from use.

Otherwise the bookends are in lovely condition for their age and will make a great to addition to any collector.
